The owner, Alex, was extremely helpful with check-in and provided detailed information about the city. the dorms and shower rooms were clean and well-maintained. the reception area and kitchen were pleasant and there was a nice courtyard in the back. the breakfast, considering the low nightly rate, was a great deal. Free tea and coffee throughout the day was a nice touch. the majority of the guests were considerate and well-behaved. the location was about a 15-minute walk from the center and old town.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the homely atmosphere of the hostel. It didn't feel crowded, which was a pleasant surprise for a hostel. the breakfast provided was nice and there was a general sense of cleanliness throughout the place.

There were a few drawbacks that affected my overall stay. the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, even with the window open.

The staff's hospitality and helpfulness were exceptional. The hostel surpassed all my expectations with its wonderful amenities and atmosphere. Definitely worth staying at!
